Yavakshara

Description

Yavakshara is an Ayurvedic medicine which is prepared by using dried whole plant of yava (Hordeum Vulgare). Yavakshar is commonly used Kshara used to treat shoola, Anaha, Adhmana, Mutrakriccha, Kanthavikara & Amlapitta.

Yavakshara is alkaline in nature. Hence its use in KUB disorders is very effective. That’s why it is used in recurrent urinary tract infections & kidney stones. Yavakshara sadhita jala can be given to patient having active renal colic pain to alleviate the pain. It disintegrates the stone & clear the small concretions.

Dose : 60 mg to 500 mg or as directed by physician.
